Randi has worked at radio stations in Ohio, The Cayman Islands, Knoxville, Tennessee, New Jersey - and now here. She's been with FRANK FM since his birthday on March 8, 2006 and is thrilled to be a part of a station that actually plays good CLASSIC music – and a lot of it. 

Connect the Classics at 3pm each weekday -  Randi inherited from Brian when they switched places.  We play three songs- you tell us what they have in common.  Simple, right?  Sometimes...could be the producer...the singer, the country the band is from...something about the album..who knows? We hope you do! Sometimes it is kind of off the wall... but so is Randi...

What else do you want to know? Ask - she'll probably tell you - unless you ask about height. Yes, height. She is a short person. Stop laughing!! She wears heels nearly every day to hide that fact!

Favorite bands? This is a completely unfair question. Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, The Allman Brothers - the list goes on and on.
Best Concert?
Steve Miller Band. Santana. Lynyrd Skynyrd. The Police at Hershey…

Sports? 
YES PLEASE!
College Football, Baseball, Pro football - more fun actually being there. I have all kinds of respect for Joe Pa – and I tell you I would hate to be the dude from Wisconsin who flattened him. I'll watch just about any sport as long as there is cold beer involved. Except maybe golf. Not really fond of tennis, either. Or curling. What IS that??? If ice is involved it had better be dangerous…Shopping is a sport to me - I am a clearance rack queen. I am also an E-bay junkie – I’m not as addicted as I once was because too many people have jumped on the bandwagon and the deals are harder to come by.

Likes?
Tequila, very rare steak, chocolate (not necessarily in that order). Staying up late, sleeping in late. A fuzzy purring kitty named Bella (Oh yeah – Hazy and Ivan, too.) Computer games - mostly word puzzles - Oh, yes - shoes. Lots of shoes. Mainly high heels and boots - I have one pair of sneakers…and one pair of hiking boots.

Dislikes?
People who only read the headline. Parents who turn a blind eye to their unruly kids – ruining my good time.  Also – cell phones in Movie Theaters. If you are a Doctor – great – take the call outside. Rude drivers, crotch rocker riders doing wheelies on Rte 100…Tomatoes, Black licorice, peas, beans, coffee.

Favorite TV shows?
Desperate Housewives, House, FRINGE, Dirty Sexy Money, How I Met Your Mother, True Blood on HBO...

Favorite movies? 
300, The Sixth Sense, The World According To Garp (it was actually a better book). Batman Begins was stellar - the way Batman was supposed to be, IMHO. The Dark Knight was a great sequel - but I don't like the idea of Maggie Gyllenhaal becoming Catwoman.  As far as we know she doesn't even have any cats!  LOL Silence of The Lambs…The Last King of Scotland was good - Forest Whittaker was amazing.
 
Various other things about Randi:
Randi flew with the Blue Angels in an FA18 Hornet Fighter Jet in 2005. CRAZY!! 7.2 Gs without passing out...or barfing...
Auditioned for the movie “Annie” as a kid and made it pretty far. Got to meet John Huston – when he told Randi she did a good job, she sassily said…”I’ll bet you say that to all the girls”…Randi loves animals but is not a vegetarian or a PETA person, but tries to help whenever she finds out about adoptable animals or animals in distress.
